Cancellation Policy
- Service Commencement Without Signature
If payment is received before signing a formal agreement, the Client expressly acknowledges that payment itself constitutes acceptance of these terms and authorises Aurria Real Estate L.L.C. to commence services immediately. No refund will be issued once payment is made. - Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of placing the order. If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days. - Strict No-Refund Services
For services clearly marked as “non-refundable,” this condition will be communicated prior to payment and shall apply regardless of circumstances. - No Chargebacks / Dispute Waiver
By making payment, the Client expressly waives the right to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In the event of an attempted chargeback, the Client shall remain liable for the original amount plus any legal, collection, or administrative costs incurred by Aurria in recovering the same.
