Final Transfer
This is where it becomes real. We handle the transfer process with the Dubai Land Department, ensuring everything is legally registered and officially yours. Can’t be in Dubai? No problem, we can represent you through our trusted Power of Attorney service.

We work with the buyer, developer, and all parties to obtain the NOC and we take care of the full transfer at the Dubai Land Department to officially register the property into the buyer’s name. And if you’re not in Dubai, that’s totally fine, we can do it all on your behalf through Power of Attorney.
Sale Completion
